I. Return Eligibility

Returned items must remain in brand-new condition and be suitable for resale. This includes, but is not limited to: intact packaging, complete accessories, no signs of use, and no damage.
If the item suffers from quality defects or shipping damage, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of signing for receipt and provide relevant supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).
II. Refund Information
Once we confirm receipt of the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment account via the original payment method; the actual time required for the funds to reach your account depends on your specific payment institution.
If a return is requested due to personal reasons, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer; if the return is due to product quality issues or a shipping error (receiving the wrong item), the return shipping costs will be borne by this website.
